Capgemini is one of the world’s leading consulting, outsourcing and professional servicing companies headquartered in France. Here’s a quick review of its recruitment approach. The eligibility criteria can be obtained through the placement cell. Once you find yourself in the list of eligible candidature, you’ve got three rounds to make it to Capgemini.
Round 1:
This is an online examination which tests you in your aptitude, logical and verbal reasoning. It has negative marks for every wrong answer you give; So, stay on your toes while giving the test.
Round 2:
This is a group discussion round. You are given a very general theme and you have a group discussion on the same. The better you perform at this stage, the higher are your chances of getting into the firm.
Round 3:
This is the final HR round. Your basic programming skills on languages like C and C++ are tested. A student from non IT background will not be asked anything beyond this to evaluate his/her technical competencies. And the conventional HR questions of tell me about yourself, what do you know about our company, why should I hire you and all are the expected ones
