yourself in the list of eligible candidature, you’ve got three rounds to make it to Capgemini.
Round
1:
This is an online
examination which tests you in your aptitude, logical and verbal reasoning. It
has negative marks for every wrong answer you give; So, stay on your toes while
giving the test.
Round
2:
This is a group
discussion round. You are given a very general theme and you have a group
discussion on the same. The better you perform at this stage, the higher are
your chances of getting into the firm.
Round
3:
This is the final HR round. Your basic
programming skills on languages like C and C++ are tested. A student from non
IT background will not be asked anything beyond this to evaluate his/her
technical competencies. And the conventional HR questions of tell me about
yourself, what do you know about our company, why should I hire you and all are
the expected ones
