The
Beam Fiber Net is currently undertaken by ACT group. The Job Profile for which the Beam approached
was "ASSISTANT MANAGER". The following gives a brief description of
the recruitment process of the ACT Fiber Net held at Vasavi.
Round 1: It was a written test. It had
all the basic questions related to computer Hardware, Digital and much of
logical questions and less of aptitude and verbal. The area of concentration in
this interview is time management and basics of technical part.
Round 2: It was the first round of HR
interview in which questions were related to personal, logical, a bit of
technical. The area of concentration in this round is regarding the behavioural
skills of the interviewee.
Round 3: It was a technical interview.
The interaction was about the projects in detail and even the technical part
related to the stream of the interviewee. The area of concentration is concerning
on the projects and even the code related to it.
Round 4: It was again an HR interview
which was more personal. This round was just for formality. The people who
attend this round will proceed to next round undoubtedly.
The
round 1, 2, 3 and 4 took place at Vasavi on 29th December 2014.
Round 5: This HR interview took place at
the Beam office at Banjara hills on 2nd January 2015. The interactions held in
this round covered all technical, logical and personal questions. The area of
concentration in this round is managerial and leadership skills.
1
year is the training period and 6 months probation period. The designation
during the training period is "ASSOCIATE TRAINEE". During the
training, the assessments will be held at the end of every 3 months. After the
successful completion of training, the "Assistant manager" post will
be assigned.
