Software is an IT Services and IT product based company. This company came for
recruitment for with minimum eligibility criteria as 60% above throughout 10th,
Intermediate, BE. After company presentation all the resumes were verified for
60% above marks and attested by company HR people.
Written exam: Around 150 students appeared for on paper exam with
25 questions which includes
Quantitative
Aptitude, Logical Ability and Verbal Ability. Duration of exam is 25 minutes.
Questions are neither easy nor hard, we can attempt all questions in time.
Followed by this we have essay writing for 10 minutes on any one of the 2
topics. Be careful while writing because questions will be asked during HR
interview on what you have written in this essay. Results were announced after
30 min and nearly 40 people got selected for further rounds. This number may
change as per the requirement of the company.
Technical interview: Before the start of interviews we were asked to
duly fill the application form. In technical interview questions are related to
branch (programming skills for IT and technical subject questions for NON IT
background students. Most of the questions are regarding the projects what you
have done during your tenure in Vasavi and reason for selecting the final
project in that particular area is stressed. Be confident in what you answer
and because the interviewer/recruiter checks your confidence levels and not
your answers. Answer in a convincing manner but don’t confuse the interviewer.
Your next question will be related to your previous answers. So be yourself and
be confident throughout the interview with a smile. Only those who did well in
technical interview are allowed to the immediate round. i.e., HR round.
HR interview: Casual questions like introduce yourself, hobbies
and few company related questions and based on the essay what u have written.
Interviewer may ask u to explain what you have written and your intension or
idea regarding that topic. As Cybage is recruiting students for testing
department, questions related to testing were posed. Good luck.
